We would prefer some form of communication instead of click-and-buy. The reason is that a specific part may have different part number and could be used for cross platform models. The part number may change overtime or superceeded. Some part may have improved version design too or combined kit change even with a similar part number. Therefore a part may look similar but not necessarily correct unless the chassis number is given and then applied to an authorised online catalog system to accurately identify a part and then use the first layer part number to further check on any further change of the part number or item dropped (discontinued).

The Chassis Number of the car is an identification code (like identification card) that is unique to every single car. No two chassis number is the same. The Chassis Number is an open public knowledge 17 digit alpha numeric that can be seen by anyone outside the windscreen where the wiper is rested. And it is printed for external viewing for many reasons, one of it is for authority to randomly check for car theft. For Volkswagen cars, it starts with WVWZZZxxxxxxxxxxx and Audi is WAUZZZxxxxxxxxxxx. Once applied this to a catalog system, it will reveal the part number of the specific part. Without it, we cannot provide a proper quotation.

3. Check Stock Availability & Quotation

Our sales officer will check the availability of the auto parts and quotation will be sent to you once they have confirmed it is in-stock.

4. Make Payment 

If you are agree with the quotation and would like to confirm the order, please send payment through bank transfer to our Public Bank account.

5. Order Fulfillment

Once payment has been made, our logistic team will deliver the auto parts to you if the delivery address is within Klang Valley. Otherwise, we will engage local courier company to deliver our products to you. Tracking information will be provided once it is shipped.
